Indeed, before you can arrive at an elegant office such as the one in the photo above, you have to overcome toxic bosses, bureaucracy, and generational tension in the workplace. On a personal level, you have to work hard, set goals, and accomplish them. But you also must use time management skills to improve work-life balance to stay healthy mentally and physically.
